All items sold by UK Fashion Bales are second-hand (pre-owned) goods sourced from the United Kingdom. These products are sold on an "as-is" and "where-is" basis. While we strive to maintain high grading standards (e.g., Grade A, Grade B), the Buyer acknowledges that:
Bales may contain items with varying degrees of wear, minor defects, or small stains.
Exact brand names, sizes, and styles within a sealed bale cannot be guaranteed.
A small percentage (typically 5–15%) of items in any wholesale bale may be unsuitable for premium resale due to the nature of bulk second-hand sorting.
2. No Warranty or Guarantee
UK Fashion Bales makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of the goods. We do not guarantee that the contents of any bale will result in a specific profit or meet the specific expectations of the Buyer’s local market.
3. Return and Refund Policy
In accordance with standard wholesale practices for sealed goods:
All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a bale has been opened or dispatched.
It is the Buyer’s responsibility to choose the correct grade and category before finalizing payment.
4. Limitation of Liability
UK Fashion Bales shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or resale of our products. This includes, but is not limited to:
Loss of profits or business interruption.
Any health or safety issues arising from the handling of second-hand textiles (we recommend all items be professionally cleaned/laundered before resale).
5. Regional Compliance & Duties
For customers outside of South Africa, the Buyer is solely responsible for:
Ensuring the legality of importing second-hand clothing into their specific country.
Paying all applicable import duties, taxes, and clearing fees required by local authorities.
6. Use of Brand Names
Any mention of specific brands (e.g., Nike, Adidas, Zara) is for identification purposes only to describe the potential contents of a mixed bale. UK Fashion Bales is an independent distributor and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a licensed reseller for these individual brands.
